Job Description
- Perform regular maintenance of the hotel’s entire electrical infrastructure, including lighting systems, sockets, distribution panels, generators, and UPS systems.
- Respond quickly and safely to electrical malfunctions that may occur in guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and technical zones.
- Conduct periodic inspections and testing of lighting systems, fire alarm panels, emergency lighting, and grounding systems.
- Carry out minor electrical installations when necessary, such as panel mounting, cable routing, and the addition of sockets.
- Perform routine testing and maintenance of generator and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of the hotel’s fire detection, emergency announcement, and evacuation systems from an electrical perspective.
- Track electricity consumption and provide suggestions for improving energy efficiency while ensuring systems are kept under control.
- Supervise and verify the compliance of electrical work performed by external contractors with hotel standards.
- Maintain tools, measuring instruments, and technical equipment in proper working condition, ensuring their correct use.
- Record all maintenance, repair, and fault intervention activities in the technical service system on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational School of Higher Education (Associate Degree) in Electrical Studies
- Experienced in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Proficient in using hand tools and measurement devices
- Capable of working in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- A responsible team player with strong collaboration skills
