Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our dynamic GroupM Nexus team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing e-commerce growth strategies for our clients, leveraging retail media and other digital channels to drive sales and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in optimizing client performance across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies aligned with clients’ business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
- E-commerce Optimization:
- Optimize end-to-end e-commerce experiences across all channels (DTC, marketplaces, apps, etc.).
- Retail Media Management:
- Integrate retail media with other marketing channels.
- Support data-driven retail media campaigns, including platform selection, ad models, budgeting, and ad formats.
- Provide strategic and operational support for retail media initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (e-commerce, marketing, planning) to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Marketplace Management:
- Manage marketplace stores and oversee their performance.
- Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate operational teams to ensure efficient execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships across the agency and with clients, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media, e-commerce, or retail media.
- Solid understanding of digital channels and their role within the wider media mix.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
- Well-rounded expertise gained from client handling, media owner relationships, and collaboration with internal departments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills.
- High self-awareness.
- Energetic, positive, and proactive mindset, always seeking improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Turkish (written & verbal).
