Description

The E-Key Account Senior Executive will act as the store manager for one of the largest marketplace partners across all ELC brands, owning the full scope of joint business planning, campaign execution, content optimization, and data-driven performance analysis. You’ll partner cross-functionally to drive ambitious growth, while maintaining brand equity and customer experience at the core of all initiatives.

  • Serve as the key contact for the marketplace account across all ELC brands; build and maintain strong relationships with the account
  • Take full ownership of sales KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, growth, market share) and regularly report performance to internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly Joint Business Plans aligned with brand strategies and commercial goals
  • Drive excellence in execution of all campaigns, activations, and promotions, ensuring perfect brand representation and optimal performance
  • Coordinate and lead new product launches, marketing animations, and brand visibility efforts tailored to account’s calendar and customer base
  • Monitor and analyze conversion, traffic, visibility and promo mechanics, providing strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure channel synergy and operational alignment
  • Develop CRM, media and social commerce activations in collaboration with the account and marketing teams to support campaign performance
  • Organize and lead seasonal brand presentations to account, including product novelties, campaign plans, and promotional strategies
  • Guide the account on product content, educational tools, and customer service best practices to ensure a premium brand experience
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce and platform trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and digital acceleration

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large e-retail accounts; marketplace experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into action
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple launches, campaigns and reporting deadlines
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, traffic drivers, media planning, and e-retail dynamics
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset; thrives in cross-functional environments
