Distribution- Key Account Manager

Purpose of this role is to develop Parker sales and market shares through distributors in accordance with the company channel management strategy. Own and manage territory or customer base for an increased market penetration of the Parker technologies under responsibility, mainly Fluid Power. Maximize the territorial and technological coverage within the area under responsibility.

What We Are Expecting From You

  • Achieve the annual sales plan through existing authorised and certified distribution & integration & services channels.
  • Grow existing accounts revenue within the area of responsibility by accurate business planning and using proper channel management methods like joint project management, competitor conversions, authorization line extension.
  • Deploy corporate channel and product strategy of technology groups and divisions by proper deployment plans.
  • Reinforce the structure and organization of our distributor partners by trainings, salesforce planning etc.
  • Own all legal processes for concern accounts like agreements, legal screening, export compliance.
  • Contribute business development efforts for Secular Market Trends like electrification, hydrogen and define key channel engagement actions and implement.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Mininum bachelor’s degree in engineering from relevant departments.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience at sales management preferably in Fluid Power Technologies.
  • No travel restriction (domestic/international).
  • Strong understanding in Key Accounts trade dynamics,following trends and best practices.
  • Robust sales, business development and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and utilize data for business insights.

Ideally, you will also have

  • Channel management experience is a plus.
