About This Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distribution and Warehouse Manager (DWM) to join our team. This role is critical to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations, delivering secure, efficient, and strategic logistics solutions that support our business objectives and customer commitments.
As a DWM, you will take a tactical and strategic role in managing, supervising, and coordinating distribution and warehouse activities. You will focus on maintaining robust operational performance while continuously developing and enhancing our global, regional, and local logistics solutions.
What You Will Do
- Provide business analysis, development programs, and recommendations within the defined business scope based on customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure robust, cost-effective, timely, and environmentally responsible execution of product and service distribution in line with established Supply and Distribution strategies.
- Oversee warehouse delivery planning and execution to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead development initiatives for distribution and warehouse processes.
- Identify and drive opportunities for cost avoidance and operational improvements.
- Optimize warehouse efficiency and footprint while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Monitor and enhance key performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction, Delivery Precision, Environmental Impact, and Warehouse Fill Rate.
- Provide analysis and insights on distribution and warehouse performance to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain distribution control and ability oversight to ensure alignment with business targets.
- Drive continuous improvement and supplier development across the logistics network.
- Manage governance, support processes, and coordination for distribution operations.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics or a related field)
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Native-level fluency in Turkish
- Strong planning, organization, and execution capabilities
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Knowledge of EHSstandards and practices
- Good understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability principles
- Familiarity with trade compliance and international logistics practices
- Proven ability to handle escalations effectively and maintain performance under pressure
- Experience with Ericsson tools, processes, or organizational structure is an advantage

What you will do:
- Provide guidance on INCO terms, DGR rules, customs procedures, license, and transport documentation requirements.
- Recommend cost and time-efficient warehousing/transport solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis, and initiate, follow up on, and report improvement activities.
- Drive capacity planning and loading optimization for different transport modes.
- Coordinate service product portfolio within your area of responsibility.
- Support functions for inventory management and secure cost efficiency.
