Responsibilities:

The Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments as needed
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Managing the customer order process
  • Entering customer information into the system
  • Preparing customer quotations
  • Tracking customer orders
  • Actively participating in process improvements related to the job

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Good level of English written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
