What you will do:
As a Customer Service Specialist reporting to the Sales Manager in Ankara, you will manage order administration and fulfillment functions, ensuring a seamless process from order receipt to delivery. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving growth objectives in a collaborative team environment.
How you will do it:
- Oversee the complete order processing value chain, whether direct or through a distribution network.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and manage sales order documentation.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate data entry and updates in the ERP system.
- Act as the primary contact for logistics, managing the shipping process and customs clearances.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Proactively monitor financial follow-ups and ensure all transactions meet company standards.
What we look for:
- Proven experience in customer service or as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and customer orientation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
