Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE 

  • Achieve sales and market share targets with channel partners and other customers, within the assigned sub-area
  • Collect account receivable within deadline set by Syngenta
  • Regularly collect and report market intelligence

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver campaigns and offer to selected customers through selected channel
  • Create demand at the customer, ensuring that the customer is knowledgeable about the products and has further interest in SYN products.
  • Collect customer complaints and inform relevant department
  • Collect transaction info and soft metrics (NPS).
  • Achieve sales and SoW targets.
  • Build solid and professional relationship based on recognized expertise and trust with customers across the assigned sub-area.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

Critical knowledge

  • Basic Sales experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture
  • Understanding of competitive environment
