We are looking for a motivated team member to coordinate costing activities and data management for our global low voltage manufacturing operations, with a focus on Gebze.
What part will you play?
- Work extensively on Simaris configurator for ensuring reliable and correct data entries and house keeping for all the global locations.
- Deep analysis of sales order – post delivery analysis for fact finding and further improvements.
- Driving process and tool improvements through digitalization
- Single point of contact for proposal and engineering teams for resolution of queries on product costs in the Simaris configurator.
- Coordination of updates for improved transparency in offer preparation. Benchmark activities within locations to present detailed cost analysis over periods for each location
- Collaborate closely with R&D, proposal preparation, and cost controlling teams in Turkey, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil, China, and Pakistan.
What you need to make real what matters.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in the design (mechanical or electrical) and/or manufacturing of low voltage panels or components.
- Experience handling large and complex cost calculations
- Hands-on experience with design and manufacturing processes
- Solid experience working with SAP master data and MM modules
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings/documentation for LV components
- Strong understanding of low voltage product portfolio and components
- Proven experience in cost calculation and SAP cost structures
- Good knowledge of BoM (Bill of Materials) structures in SAP for LV components and relevant SAP modules (MM etc.)
- Basic knowledge of production methods relevant to medium voltage panel production (sheet metal processing, coating/painting, assembly)
- Experience with digitalization and process automation with Knime and dashboard maintenance in Tableau
- Ability to effectively communicate across different cultures and work with different time zones.
