CORPORATE OFFICE COORDINATOR – JOTS – CORPORATE OFFICE (WILLMAR, MN)

Relocation is not eligible for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the corporate office.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage office vehicle inventory and schedules.
  • Ensure office is properly maintained.
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors for office-related needs.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and ensure effective information flow.
  • Support HR and operations functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
