Job Description

 Lead the end-to-end implementation of procurement digital tools for global clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, aligning with client expectations. Develop and execute implementation strategies, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams Work closely with client teams to understand business requirements and procurement workflows. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design customized solutions based on client needs. Provide training, support, and change management guidance to ensure user adoption and satisfaction. Address client concerns, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and drive continuous improvements. Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with existing procurement applications such as ERP systems, spend analytics platforms, and procurement suites (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.). Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, system configuration, and API integrations. Monitor system performance post-deployment and drive enhancements based on user feedback Lead a team of implementation specialists, assigning responsibilities and ensuring high performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and procurement analysts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital tool implementations.• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, spend analytics tools, and procurement software.• Prior experience in deploying procurement digital tools.
