Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is central to designing and delivering innovative solutions for both front and back office transformation in the Travel BU – Digital Transformation, leveraging Gen AI, agentic AI, and hyperautomation. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, domain expertise, and a passion for driving change through technology.Key Responsibilities• Lead solution design and implementation for transformation initiatives across front and back office functions in the travel domain.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and architect AI-driven, automated solutions.• Drive adoption of Gen AI, agentic AI, and hyperautomation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.• Conduct client workshops, develop transformation roadmaps, and present solution strategies to senior stakeholders.• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI, automation, and travel tech to inform solution design.• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the team.Required Skills & Experience• 5–12 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or solution architecture.• Proven experience in the travel industry, especially in front and back office operations (e.g., customer service, reservations, finance, etc.).• Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, conversational AI), agentic AI, and hyperautomation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).• Experience in designing AI/ML-powered solutions in enterprise environments.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred

Qualifications
