To provide communications support, either globally for a business or communications area or for a geography.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Communicate clear Communication strategy and ensure that it is reflected in the part of the organization, in order to protect and enhance Novartis business and reputation.
- Manage the establishment, development and coordination of communication plans in line with strategic goals.
- Manage day-to-day strategic and operational business matters.
- Manage the implementation of Communication policies and processes to ensure consistency of Novartis brand position.
- Lead, coach and/or mentor a team of Communication associates.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
Key performance indicators:
- Quality and timeliness of development of integrated communication plans and programs -Management and implementation of communication plans, campaigns and projects against business objectives and priorities.
- Maturity of business relationship(s), incl. at senior levels of the organization -Feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
