Our approach to R&D Position Summary Join us as a Clinical Research Intern and be part of a team that’s making a real difference in healthcare. In this role, you’ll support clinical research activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and inclusive environment. We’re looking for individuals who are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: – Assist in the preparation and management of clinical trial documentation. – Support the coordination of logistics for clinical research activities. – Collaborate with internal teams and external research sites to ensure smooth operations. – Help maintain and update clinical databases and records. – Contribute to compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in clinical research. – Provide administrative support to the clinical research team. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: – Currently enrolled in a degree program in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. – Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). – Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken). – Availability to work part-time hours during weekdays. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: – Previous experience or coursework in clinical research or healthcare. – Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in clinical trials. – Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. – Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to new challenges. – Interest in pursuing a career in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry. – Fluency in Turkish and English.
