Job Description

The shelfAdz© Delivery Coordinator will act as a liaison between all assigned accounts and coordinating departments, as well as the primary point of contact for the client on assigned shelfAdz© project work, providing answers for questions, problems and requests raised by the client. Other responsibilities are to ensure that the client receives only the highest quality of product and services, in a timely manner, and has overall accountability for the management of assigned projects and implementations of new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include tracking project issues, providing management reporting and issues resolution tracking as well as maintaining cross-functional business expertise within Vestcom. Other responsibilities include project status and communications, while establishing and maintaining relationships with all concerned parties. shelfAdz© Delivery Coordinator work will include support across Retail and CPG clients. This role is 8AM-5PM Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday.

► Key Areas of Responsibility

• shelfAdz© Delivery Coordinator for all assigned accounts.
• Ensures total client satisfaction, through the timely completion of client shelfAdz© campaign requests.
• Utilizes, prepares and maintains appropriate documentation related to campaign requests.
• Initiates and answer written internal & external correspondence.
• Responds to client’s e-mail and facsimile communications.
• Interfaces routinely with stakeholders including shelfAdz© Sales, Delivery, and Product, Client Experience, IT, and other groups as needed in support of shelfAdz© event campaigns.
• Serves as project stakeholder on project work related to shelfAdz© tag/sign changes, new requests and other shelfAdz© projects.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.

Qualifications

► Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar field from four-year College or one to three years related business experience and/or training in client service; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other associates required.
• Must possess the ability to be diplomatic with challenging clients.
• Skill in effectively utilizing a variety of software programs including: Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, ERP, and retail and client specific proprietary software required.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail, adapt to a fluctuating work/team environment and be flexible.
• Excellent problem solving skills and being proactive in resolving issues are needed with the ability to react to changes in standard operating procedures and implement quick and accurate decision making.

► Additional Requirements

• This is a full-time remote role (with flexibility to support Little Rock or other designated locations as needed).
• Must be able to provide client service/support to production operators and/or programming staff as needed outside of normal working hours to support 24/7 operations.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 – $25.00/ hour.
