Job Description

  • Being responsible for sales in Türkiye (Mediterranean, East) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools through active development, maintenance and growth of customers.
  • Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (improved price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
  • Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.
  • Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team
  • Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
  • Gathering information about competitors and market trends
  • Staying close to the user to understand their needs and applications and aiming to convert the user
  • Gaining and providing user and market insights to the Central Product Area purpose teams for the development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development
  • Increasing numeric and weighted distribution
  • Promoting and demonstrating Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools to users

Qualifications

  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
  • Analytical thinking and strategic overview
  • Market and Power Tools Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods
