About the role
Join a high-performing sales team within a Global FTSE 100 company experiencing strong growth. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive revenue by expanding our client base and deepening relationships within an existing book of business. You’ll identify new opportunities, onboard new customers, and deliver strategic, total-solution sales to Financial Institutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Turkiye
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in FI’s and NBFI’s
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of LexisNexis Risk Solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Tukrish
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy considering customer growth, developing key contacts and business relationships within assigned accounts
- Proven sales experience selling into Financial Institutions
- Developing gap analysis techniques to determine incremental opportunities within existing accounts
- Proven experience in Direct SaaS Sales and On-Premise Software Solutions
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication skills, and deep industry knowledge. Some travel may be required for internal meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
