Job Description
- Being responsible for sales in Türkiye (Mediterranean, East) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools through active development, maintenance and growth of customers.
- Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (improved price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
- Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
- Gathering information about competitors and market trends
- Staying close to the user to understand their needs and applications and aiming to convert the user
- Gaining and providing user and market insights to the Central Product Area purpose teams for the development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development
- Increasing numeric and weighted distribution
- Promoting and demonstrating Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools to users
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Autonomous working manner
- Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
- Analytical thinking and strategic overview
- Market and Power Tools Industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods
