We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Controller, TIMEA, to lead the full scope of FP&A activities across the region. This is a key role within our Finance team, where your insights and expertise will directly influence the financial direction of a company that truly makes a difference.

What you’ll do at Elekta:

Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

  • Key support for the Regional Executive VP and Finance Director.
  • Business partnering with leaders to help deliver profitable growth.
  • Manage the FP&A cycles including Closing & Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting in coordination with stakeholders, including both Regional and Global finance functions.
  • Provide financial visibility to the leadership team via analysis and continuous follow up of risks & opportunities. Further develop processes to enable control for the leadership team.
  • Continuous focus on the Balance Sheet to enable accuracy and optimization.
  • Process focus; partner with commercial and operational teams to further develop, create and strengthen processes.
  • Develop and strengthen cost control measures, scorecard and KPIs, with focus on aligning to Global standards
  • To follow at all times Elekta’s quality and safety policies.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance teams
  • Finance Background ideally in a multinational company.
  • Previous Audit experience and background in Big4 is an asset.
  • Good level of English
  • Excellent data analysis and data presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools & user of Excel/Power Query/Power BI .
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours when needed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel if needed.
