Budget, Reporting and Controlling Senior Specialist

About the Team:

We are expanding our Finance, Accounting and Controlling team across Istanbul and looking for Budget, Reporting & Control Senior Specialist to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.

What you can look forward to as Budget, Reporting & Control Senior Specialist:

• Prepare and manage monthly financial closings, including local GAAP and IFRS financial reports.
• Perform daily transaction reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee and enhance the Internal Control System (ICS) reporting process, identifying and addressing risks.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Provide actionable insights through deep analytical reviews of financial data.
• Ensure all reporting deadlines are met and communicate with responsible teams to maintain accountability.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial reviews and audits.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and ensure timely adoption.
• Assist in developing and improving financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Your profile as Budget, Reporting & Control Senior Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred
• Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial controlling roles.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an asset and Navision knowledge is nice to have) and advanced Excel skills.
• Deeply analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
• High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, excellent organizational and time management skills.
