Marketing
The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels.
Within eRB we’re focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer.
About the role

Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to meet revenue, margin, market share, and profit goals.
- Lead marketing planning and media execution across offline and online channels.
- Manage product launches and innovations, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
- Adapt global brand strategies for local execution, including media and communications.
- Define and implement 4P strategies with customers to drive in-store and omnichannel visibility.
- Own e-commerce activation across platforms, optimizing presence, content, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners.
- Drive data-led decision making through insights, ROI analysis, and continuous optimization.
The experience we’re looking for
- Proven track record in brand management, trade marketing, and/or e-commerce activation (preferably FMCG).
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in ROI modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Digital-first mindset with solid understanding of e-commerce dynamics and performance marketing.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
