Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team at The Grand Tarabya Istanbul, managed by Accor.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our bar, curating a high-quality beverage experience, and managing a passionate team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong leadership, and a guest-focused mindset to the role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the bar operations and ensure exceptional guest experience
- Lead and train the bar team to maintain service excellence
- Manage inventory, costs, and quality control
- Collaborate on cocktail menu creation and bar concept development
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bar leadership experience in luxury hospitality
- Advanced knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Creativity and passion for elevated bar culture
