Aviation Security Supervisor

Job Summary

The Aviation Security Supervisor (AVSEC SUP) contributes to the development

and deployment of aviation security programs. AVSEC Supervisor participates in

the development and dissemination of aviation security procedures, training,

quality assurance, reports, and aviation security systems. This position conducts

aviation security audits and participates in the examination of audit findings.

AVSEC Supervisor analyzes historical/current data to identify trends and to

determine root causes and solutions. This position cultivates key relationships

with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, IE, Transportation, IT, HR, etc.).

AVSEC Supervisor supervises others within the department. Also, AVSEC

Supervisor position will be accountable and responsible for TR SHGM , EU CAA,

Local Authorities and IGA Airport Management regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. 4 years Bachelor Degree Graduates,
• Fluency in English is a must,
• Available for flexible working hours,
• Supervise and develop team members,
• Vendor management skills,
• Innovative,Proactive and problem solving attitude,
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize

work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to

deadlines,

• High degree of attention to detail,
• Residing in Istanbul-European side is preferred
• Military service has to be completed for male candidates,
