About this Position

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Henkel’s E-Commerce Channel sales strategy within the Consumer Brands business unit. You’ll set strategic goals, manage key accounts, and ensure execution to maximize sales, profitability, and market share. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and other sales channels, along with planning sell-in targets and overseeing customer profitability. Strong focus on execution, relationship-building, and aligning with brand strategies is key to success.

What you´ll do

  • Generating one of Henkel‘s business units “Consumer Brand” sales operation via assuming responsibility for the E-Commerce Channel in order to maximize strategic targets (NES, profitability, Market Share, A/R, Sales Budget)
  • Creating sales strategy, setting goals, planning, and ensuring execution for the responsible channel
  • Supports KAM in steering key customers
  • Building strong relationships with related key customer and realize plans collaboratively
  • Working in close cooperation with other sales channels to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
  • Planning FY category-based sell-in targets for the E-Commerce Channel Key Accounts
  • Following profitability of each and every customer on responsible categories, providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth
  • Executing brand strategies and ensuring customer sell-out performance via excellent POS executions with close relationship other departments such as Marketing, Trade Marketing and Category Management

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in the respective field. E-Commerce experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Strength with strategic and analytical thinking skills combining with critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications especially in Excel. SAP would be an asset.
  • Valid Driving license is a must
