Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, and banquet facilities.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate F&B team, ensuring compliance with service protocols, grooming standards, and hotel policies.
  • Support menu planning, costing, and inventory management in coordination with the Culinary Team and Purchasing Department.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor costs, and cost-control initiatives; contribute to achieving departmental budget targets.
  • Assist in creating employee schedules, staffing plans, and operational workflows based on business needs.
  • Maintain effective communication between teams to ensure seamless coordination for events, promotions, and daily operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, professionally, and in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, service briefings, and performance reviews to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in implementing new initiatives, service concepts, and F&B promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.
  • Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are an asset).
  • Solid understanding of F&B service techniques, cost control, and hotel operating procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and guest-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
