What you will do:
The Agent Compliance & Listing Coordinator will support agents in properly managing listings and transactions via the CRM, improve CRM compliance, and reduce undeclared transactions. This role serves as a bridge between agents and the leadership team, focusing on peer support rather than enforcement.
Candidates should have experience as a real estate agent or in a brokerage environment, ideally in a similar support role.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management Support
- Assist agents in entering listings correctly into the CRM.
- Provide coaching on listing quality, completeness, and SEO best practices.
- Ensure agents stop posting directly to portals and instead use CRM-integrated processes (this role will handle portal uploads to Sahibinden directly).
- Oversee overall listing activity: withdrawals, scheduled showings, negotiation stages, notary deals, expected closings, etc.
Compliance Monitoring (Non-Enforcement)
- Monitor CRM vs. portal discrepancies and flag listings that appear on portals but not in CRM.
- Track and report potential non-reported transactions (e.g., properties sold but missing from CRM).
- Maintain a weekly compliance dashboard for internal use only.
Onboarding & Education
- Guide new agents in their first 30–60 days on:
- How to use the CRM
- How to upload listings
- How to report transactions
- Legal compliance requirements
- Support onboarding of new tools or updates to listing processes.
Reporting
- Submit weekly updates covering CRM adoption, compliance, issues encountered, and process improvement suggestions.
- Act as a feedback loop: collect agent concerns and pain points and bring them to leadership.
How you will grab our attention
Experience
- Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a brokerage (compliance, listing, or transaction support role).
Technical Skills
- Strong CRM skills and comfort with digital listing/transaction processes.
- Familiarity with real estate portals (e.g., Sahibinden) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Clear communicator and collaborative; focused on peer support.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Location & Working Conditions
- Location: Remotely – Located/living in Istanbul is first preference
- Hours: Monday-Friday
- Work hours: 09h00am – 18h00pm
- Employment: Full-time
