As an Accounting Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations for our marketplace in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting with daily financial tasks, helping to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and contributing to strategic projects. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to learn from our experienced team, develop your skills, and get a feel for what it’s like to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

    • Help with the month-end closing process by assisting with financial data collection and preparation.
    • Support the reconciliation of financial accounts to ensure data accuracy.
    • Work with our accounting team on various projects to improve financial processes.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports and providing data for business insights.
    • Collaborate with different teams, including finance, tax, and operations, to support business needs.

Expected Qualifications

    • A Saudi national pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
    • Must hold a SOCPA certificate.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • An eager and proactive mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Note: Due to national hiring requirements, we are only considering Saudi nationals with a valid SOCPA certificate for this internship.
