QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales in various Industrial Formulators Markets (textile, construction, emulsion polymerization, plastics, fertilizers, crop protection and rubber etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Mobility for business travels within Turkey
- Skilled in organization and teamwork, with a strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with various team members and departments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, implement and monitor agreed sales & growth strategies, pricing within defined bands, customer attractiveness, monthly reporting of sales and market conditions.
- Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services, developing new applications
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients
- Ensure that the agreed target KPI`s (volumes, cCM1, DSO) will be achieved.
- Deepen market penetration, e.g. attracting new customers, applications, and innovations
- Identifying and improving the Distribution Chanel Portfolio, if needed
- Provide input for sales strategies
- Customer Credit Management
