Your role and responsibilities :
- Drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager. Generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s). Focus on installed base penetration (IB) and sell the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units.
- Generates Service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer, relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions,
- Preparing sales plans and bids. Providing customers with products/solutions/services in line with volume, mix and profitability targets,
- Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented,
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Qualifications for the role
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic or related field.
- Experience in Robotics business or industrial automation is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in service sales and/or sales.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English, and Turkish.
- Action oriented, communicate effectively, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving, team work oriented.
- Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce is plus.
- Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling.
