YOUR MISSION

  • Execute all operational activities with the partner club/federation/athlete, once the sponsorship deal is initiated
  • Handle all brand related commercial operations of the partner clubs
  • Daily relationship management with the partners (club, federation or athletes) including but not limited to: payment follow up, returns, product shipments, adhoc requests, etc.
  • Conducting special initiatives related to team sports
  • Ensuring the order management and logistic operations are implemented efficiently, by coordinating the partners and internal stakeholders; taking preventive actions for smooth operations
  • Following up the free products within the scope of sponsorship deals, and making sure the contractual terms are implemented right for both parties
  • Working inventively to brainstorm new thoughts in the market to progress the brand forward while maintaining the various attributes of products.
  • Working within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each category/key initiative
  • Working closely with the media manager to set up the right KPI’s and channels for each campaign
  • Responsible for event management throughout the year
  • Working on potential collaborations with celebrities for relevant campaigns throughout the year
  • Handling all launch activities around the products
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor campaigns/activities
  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field of study.
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing field (preferably in marketing management; specific experience with agency and athletes)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and with desired end results is important.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.
  • Extensive knowledge of the sports category and marketplace.
  • Passionate about sport and sports culture.
