Role Purpose
Role’s goal is to participate in the analysis of potential business opportunities, market trends and manage and study metrics in order to support strategic business decision-making process
Job Responsibility
Your Place in the team
- Develop research and analytical reports on potential business market opportunities
- Understand how customer data is structured in the systems, and segment the database for targetted marketing analytics
- Analyze user behaviour, customer journeys, prepare funnel analysis and identify potential risks & opportunities
- Work on qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness and assessing potential new customers
- Co-ordinate predictive&prescriptive analytics projects, develop analytical roadmap and ensure timely and effective delivery
- Co-ordinate cross functional working
Uzun Tanım
We are looking for you if you have
- Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably industrial engineering, business or statistics
- 8+ years experience in CRM, Marketing analytics, payment systems, business analytics
- Project management and strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent command of reporting and presenting with MS Office tools
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- Multi-task management
- Ability to work under time pressure and successful delivery
