Finance Team is the control center of the company, but it is our department that is the biggest bridge between the commercial teams and the customer for the financial continuity and efficiency of the company.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4+ years of experience in internal control, risk, internal audit, compliance areas
- University degree preferably in Economics, Management
- Experience with internal control and risk assessment frameworks (COSO,ERM) and IA standarts
- Process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Attention to detail, in particular during control activities
- Strong planning and organizing skills with a pragmatic approach
- Motivated self-starter who works well individually and in teams
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Designing, implementing, reviewing and updating all phases of logistic processes including identifying key controls, documenting processes and controls for the company
- Collaborating with business process owners on the implementation of controls, including process re-design, policies, procedures, documentation, evidence evaluation and system enhancements to achieve an efficient and effective internal controls system which is continuously improved
- Conducting regular controls, analysis, site visits and tests for control deficiencies
- Evaluating deficiencies, and working closely with the teams on remediation of identified deficiencies
- Proposing and implementing remedial actions in response to risk and control findings and monitoring according to changing work environment
- Implementing a Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) compliance program and ensures that all of the businesses comply with Financial Crimes Investigation Board regulations
- Being aware of the new products to determine level of compliance with Financial Crimes Investigation Board regulations
