The Inside Sales Representative role is an outstanding opportunity to drive growth through current and new business opportunities. With the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, the objective is to strengthen incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through the execution of projects and phone-based qualification activities and contribute to field sales productivity by leading on cross-functional tasks more efficiently.
The role-holder will connect with a dedicated sales team and pave the way for successful sales activities! A close collaboration with our local sales and service teams is a guarantee for success. Your responsibilities at Videojet, include:
Plan and conduct lead generation activities to acquire new customers.
Define, plan and execute telemarketing campaigns in co-operation with sales manager to regain inactive and lost customers.
Lead Customer relationships whilst participating to Exhibitions and visiting Key Customers with OEM Account Managers.
Partner with cross-functional departments to handle customer related processes (delivery, invoicing, claims, etc.).

Commercial and business management and/or technical education, a degree in Business Management is an advantage (Bachelor’s Degree)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good command of English
Ability to work in an agile manner both internally and externally
Effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency using MS Office tools
Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous Our offer
