Develop best practice and quality service delivery to internal clients and to ensure an aligned achievement of corporate objectives.

qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in related fields.<br><br>10 +years related experience in Human Resources Management.<br><br>Demonstrated advanced expertise with HR practices including Recruitment
- Talent management
- Performance Management
- Compensation Benefits and Administrative Affairs.<br><br>Experience in a multinational firm is a plus.<br><br>Strong analytical skills.<br><br>Very good communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written English.<br><br>In-depth knowledge of labor law and it’s execution
