Ensuring the necessary coordination regarding HR infrastructure and digital system requirements and developments with the HR Digital, System and Innovation Projects Department.
Following the HR projects within the scope of the Bank’s change management program, coordination of the tasks and works assigned to the Human Resources, studying the effects on HR processes and working with the relevant teams, preparing for the relevant Committees, being a communication bridge between relevant HR team.
Assisting to strategic design and planning of HR change management projects; preparing project plans, monitoring and reporting the performance indicators and risks of the project.
Preparing about the project scope and plans regarding all activities within the scope of Business Development and Change Management for stakeholder information.
Making preparations for approval committees regarding HR and change management projects affecting all employees.
Being responsible for the following the project implementation, periodically monitoring their efficiency with the relevant teams, designing and projecting revisions when necessary.

- Have 3-6 years job experience in the HR and/or Finance
- <br>Having experience in HR system and process development projects and/or consultancy
- <br>Advanced level of spoken and written English
- <br>Have strong
- <br>Communication and presentation skills
- (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills)<br>Controlling
- monitoring and reporting skills
