We seek for “HUB Digital Center Manager “who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi ABB Power Grids, in İstanbul, with the below qualifications;

Your responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of PG digital strategy in the APMEA region.
• Gain insight into market changes and digital technology trends in utility, industry, and infrastructure sectors, and support the development and implementation of the company’s digital strategy.
• Working closely with business units, marketing, and sales teams to assist in the development and implementation of business development plans.
• Promote digital information sharing, communication, and cooperation among business units.
• Integrate digital products and solutions from all business units; make synergies and create competitive solutions for each sector to maximize the value to our utility, industry, and infrastructure customers.
• Promote the company’s new digital technologies, products, and solutions, and drive demonstration projects.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s digital products and solutions; analyze industry dynamics, customer needs, competitive trends, technology trends, etc.; identify product/solution gap; drive the initiation of technology and product development.
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in power system automation, communications, control, or another digital-related area.
• More than 5 years of experience in utility.
• Strong technical background of power grids; in-depth knowledge and interest in machine learning, big data, IT, and other cutting-edge digital technologies.
• Have keen trend insight, fast learning ability, strong forward-looking ability.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Completed military service for male applicants.
