WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As a senior HR Direct Specialist, you will be part of the HR Core Operations and Services Team, reporting directly to the Territory HR Operations Consultant. This role will be responsible for:

Providing support to our local Wholesale and Retail employees and manager’s.

Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools.

Monitor results and activities to document and implement process improvements.
-
Develops and recommends change to metrics, service level agreements and vendor relationship based on analysis and objective construct and review of data.

Ensures correct knowledge transfer between local partners, EHQ Operational teams and vendors.

Maintains local employee file archive for both Wholesale and Retail.

Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations and responds to non-standard requests from internal consumers; investigates with assistance from others as needed

Payroll

Compensation & Benefits administration

Mobility

Budget & Administrative support

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
Besides working across the full Turkey and Israel HR Team (Wholesale and Nike Stores), you will also work cross-functionally with key partners such as our EHQ Functional specialists (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Tier 1, Compliance and Workforce Administration). In addition, you will of course build positive relationships with our local operational vendors. All in service of our Retail and Wholesale population. You will lead an HR Intern (if applicable) and guide him/her through the HR landscape/matrix.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
Essential requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Fluent Turkish and English language skills
-
Experience in a Customer Service role
-
Analytical skills and attention to detail
-
Great teammate and strong experience working in a collaborative work environment
-
A proven track record of connecting with consumers through an HR support model
-
Proven experience managing internal relationships within a cross functional work environment
Advantageous experience:

Prior HR experience within Retail environment

Prior experience working with HR Customer Service tools such as SAP/Service Now
