In this role, you have the opportunity to

As a part of a health technology company to improve people’s health and well-being, you will manage all employee cost and benefits and company HR policies and reports.

A role within the Human Resource organization, providing transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes (eg. personnel & payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates.

You will function as expert regarding all aspects of employee data, policies and benefits and payroll processing.


You are responsible for

  • Administration and Operation of Payroll and Employee Benefits
  • Point of contact for Turkish employee law
  • POC for Employee Benefits and Policies and regulations
  • Managing the administration of New Joiners and Leavers in Government systems
  • Responsible for all employee data maintenance on government systems including tax authorities
  • POC for Medical and Life Insurance
  • Managing Annual Operation Plan, with all employee related costs and quarterly updates
  • Preparing reports regarding Employee Cost, Joiners, Leavers and other employee related data, regularly and adhoc.
  • Working on different HR projects as assigned


You are a part of

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be part of a very energetic and supportive team and will also be working on some regional projects


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Turkish Government systems related to Employees and Employment.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in payroll and benefits management
  • Very good knowledge and experience in Turkish Employment law
  • Excellent English and Turkish Communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, advanced experience in creating formulas and tables.
  • Customer/Employee Service mentality with a positive and supportive mindset.
  • Eager to help and find solutions for employees problems and issues.
  • Ability to adopt to Change fast and be part of it.
  • Eager to learn, improve and develop
  • Continues improvement mindset towards policies and processes
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking and being great with numbers.
  • Responsible attitude with full accountability and eager to drive tasks from A to Z.
