Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the HR Partner is expected to build high personal credibility by forming relationship of trust, excellent communication within the organisation and respect by delivering results. The HR Partner will lead all HR processes under supervision of the Senior HR Manager and will support managers in people management.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordination of performance planning and reviews and coaching associates and managers regarding process
- Ensure that policies, procedures and content are up to date in conjunction with the ACS.
- Administer the Medical & Retirement fund benefits through the respective administrators in conjunction with Total Rewards COE.
- Explain company HR policies, benefits, and procedures to associates or job applicants and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Processing of monthly Payroll and administration.
- Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information as may be required for audit purposes.
- Maintenance of HR records and ensuring data integrity.
- Assist with various administrative details: co-ordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flows; establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, subordinates and clients.
- On-boarding of new associates.
- Managing employee communications and relations.
- Coordination of training plans for local teams.
- Compensation & Benefits planning and administration and coordination of year-end salary process in conjunction with Total Rewards COE.
- Managing the Statutory reporting processes.
- Planning and leading implementation of strategic HR projects.
About You :-
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in human resources management or related field
- Must have at least 4 years proven success in HR with strong generalist experience.
- Experience in variety of employment matters and good knowledge of Turkey labour law.
- Experience managing HR processes. (Selection & Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits etc.)
- Experience with personnel data management and administration of various HR Systems.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Capability of independently generating, prioritizing, planning and meeting commitments.
- Maturity and ability to build personal credibility and trustful HR environment.
- People orientation, showing respect and strong desire to improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Drive for generating and implementing new work solutions that will improve HR service quality.
- Attention to details, effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Team player, ability to influence others.
- Cross-cultural awareness, personal integrity and high ethical values.
- Self-motivation with a desire for self-development.
- Good presentation skills and computer skills (experience in working with different HR systems, IT tools).
- Ability to organize and manage programs, training, workshops.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Able to work independently and prepared for travel within the region.
