Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely with the business. The team improves our processes and create an agile organization to provide the best environment for our teams while cultivating our values. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors degree
- At least one year recruitment experience
- Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention
- Demonstrated creative excellence in research and prospecting
- Experience with online sourcing techniques
- Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
- Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and applicant tracking systems would be advantageous
- Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment
- Work very closely with hiring managers to understand the needs and the requirements of the job
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources, such as job postings and different related platforms
- Responsible from pre-screening and screening activities and assess interview performance
- Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.
- Update all the recruitment process on the applicant tracking system
