WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an HR Manager to support our store teams across Turkey and Israel!
You’ll use your human resources expertise to collaborate with and provide mentorship to retail employees and business leaders – contributing to organizational effectiveness and helping to activate the organization for growth.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will play a key role in developing and/or executing strategies and interventions requiring employee relations, leadership and team development, organizational change, performance management, and compliance.
Always sensing and listening to employees, you’ll prioritize employee engagement, provide insights on functional depth of talent and develop managers to expand their people leadership capabilities.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with store teams, key partners within HR, Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver a full spectrum of HR programs You’ll guide and partner with them to maximize opportunities, develop and drive solutions
- 5+ years relevant HR work experience including experience in a retail environment
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Matrix management and influencing proficiency
- Tolerance for ambiguity
- Flexible to travel 15% of time
