HR Executive

1.Act as a Business Partner for the Field Force

  • Together with the HR Manager takes active part in delivering the Human Resources elements required of the business plan.
  • Supports HR Manager in creating HR systems and developing and executing initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent needed to achieve business objectives.

Recruitment and Staffing Needs

  • Ensures appropriate staffing, and required skills for the Field staff

2. Manages Operational Effectiveness

  • Shares knowledge and acts as an advisor to all levels of employees in the Field together with the Retail HRM
  • Takes part in internal communications on HR related issues and processes
  • Prepares/shares HR related monthly/yearly reports with brands/departments and the Region
  • Supports HRM in compliance with internal policies & procedures pertaining to all personnel matters

3.Improves Business Processes

  • On a regular basis, reviews and updates HR policies and practices as necessary
  • Takes part in implementing and executing global initiatives and projects such as SMI, HR Transformation and for other upcoming projects.
  • Works with Sales Directors, field management to foster a cross-brand collaborative approach to succession planning in line with retail talent planning initiatives (Sales Career Model) to achieve internal promotion; planning depth pipeline; cost to hire and time taken to hire metrics
  • Ensures a consistent and pragmatic approach to all employee relations issues with a focus on commercial solutions as well as employee advocacy
  • Ensure that the corporate and Retail handbooks are up to date
  • Leads and develops the team of Retail HR Partners to ensure the timely and effectively management of all employee relations issues
  • Reviews opportunities to up skill field managers to drive employee performance through situational leadership, goal setting by working in partnership with Learning & Development
  • Works effectively with Retail Partners to resolve any complex employee relations disputes
  • Use of analytics to drive successful business outcomes
  • To be involved in projects that effect other areas of the business
  • Be prepared to cover colleagues in other areas as and when required

Qualifications

  • University level education or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Organizational management skills
