HR Business Partner, Turkey

This role will provide strategic HR support to various business units and divisions in Turkey. As a part of HR Department, the HRBP will collaborate with peer HRBPs and an extended team of HR colleagues, spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Affairs and L&D in support of the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner and consult with leaders to understand business needs and develop, gain commitment and execute against people strategies to deliver value
  • Support clients and colleagues in developing an inclusive organization where all staff, whatever their differences, feel valued and supported
  • Consult with and coach leaders on organization design, staffing, restructuring, succession planning, and talent management, and all people processes & practices, all cyclical people management processes (ie. Performance management, compensation planning… etc.) ensuring legal compliance
  • Facilitate organization development workshops as needed for team building and vision alignment
  • Champion and drive HR initiatives, such as engagement, diversity, learning & development and talent management, in communications with employees, staff engagement and organizational changes
  • Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy.
  • Act as a change agent for accelerating organizational culture and ways of working shifts.
  • Leverage data to build insights about organization (ie. Retention, diversity and engagement) and partners with HR Team to identify necessary actions and tactics when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
  • Fluent in English
  • Min 5 years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner, in an HR COE; or relevant applicable experience (previous HRBP experience is preferred)
  • Demonstrated HR functional competence in one or more HR disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, consult with and coach senior leaders and managers
  • Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business.
  • Stakeholder management of multiple decision makers, corporate colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organization
  • Experience navigating and leveraging HR systems and data analytics to support client consultation
  • Demonstrated experience in organization development such as organization design, change management, workforce planning
  • Knowledge of employment legal practices and policies
