We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to be based on our Istanbul office! You will be responsible driving the regional people agenda by building valued relationships with functional leaders and their teams to champion a customer focussed, agile and inclusive culture within the function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and influence the people and culture agenda to ensure organisational effectiveness
- Coach leaders in using the tools and processes available to recruit, retain and develop their teams and create a high performing and inclusive culture based on trust
- Support leaders to deliver change effectively, including initiatives to improve business performance.
- Understand and communicate function/market needs to feed into the COE teams agenda.
- Work in partnership with the business, working with internal partners, to analyse trends, key metrics and qualitative insights to determine and prioritise people activity
- Understand the local legislative landscape when handling changes, including organisational changes, taking into account the ‘art of the possible’
- Provide advice and Case Management expertise to resolve sophisticated ER cases. Manage local aspects of employee consultation relating to change & keep BP informed on progress.
- Work with leaders and their teams to identify future talent and coach leaders on strategies for fostering talent, clarify career paths, manage colleague aspirations and clear succession planning
- Evaluate how well HR is delivering locally and use feed back to improve performance
- Accountable for handling the payroll activities in for the office in Turkey
Required Skills & Experience:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity.
- A strong commercial acumen and a “can do” attitude
- Broad HR experience and deep expertise in local HR processes
- Strong ER and Data Management skills.
- Experience of working internationally; developing process improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management/influence and the ability to easily engage with colleagues at all levels
- Intellectually and commercially astute with strong business partnering and influencing skills and the ability to build credible relationships quickly at all levels of the organisation
- Able to build effective and strong working relationships.
- Be able to demonstrate the improvement of business performance through results
