HR Advisor

Join our global TUI Musement Human Resources Team in Antalya, Turkey as an HR Advisor and provide a high level of service for your internal and external customers.

• Support the delivery of the areas HR agenda
• Deliver a customer focused organisational culture with an appetite for innovation & results.
• Build strong relationships, provide ‘partnership working’ and produce timely solutions that contribute to the long term benefit and overall success of the business.
• Responsible for the implementation and consolidation of TUI Group and TUI Musement HR processes and policies, talent identification, development, payroll and performance management processes.
• Assist with activities related to the annual reward cycle and supporting the Engagement Survey Activities.
• Be accountable for Ad-hoc Region and business projects and day to day HR service identifying and delivering additional requirements for the Region where necessary to add value.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Turkish Citizenship is a must
• You are a dynamic HR professional with demonstrable experience in an international environment
• You are able to work timely, efficient and precisely.
• You are an individual with excellent communication, verbal and written skills in Turkish and English (additional languages will be an advantage)
• You understand managing a population employed on different international legal entities
• You are open to learn, grow and drive your career while spreading smiles across the globe
• You appreciate to work in an international environment and you are a team player with a supportive attitude
• You have a relevant University Degree or equivalent
