Job Description
- Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs.
- Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management
- Accountable for leading all HR aspects in the country and integrating local and global HR activities and processes
- This function will report directly to the country GM and dotted to cluster HR manager.
Responsibilities
- Leads HR initiatives, activities and processes.
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
- Accountable for all employees ”hire to retire” lifecycle.
- Provides support and coaching to the GM and his management team.
- Coordinates and facilitates HR core processes, such as GCA alignment, workforce planning, ensuring compliance on performance management across all regions, talent management coordination, ensuring development and execution of training plans, etc.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Functions as the primary support to GM for the ongoing Organizational Transformation Project
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in applicable discipline
- 10-15 Years of related experience.
- Experience in a global company – a significant advantage
- Strong knowledge and experience in organizational development and coaching
- Experience in a companywide Organizational Transformation Project – a strong preference
