Our client is a global fashion brand.

• anage the design studio and ensure the smooth running of the production team’s work flow and administrative processes.

• aintain production schedules, tracking peak periods and resourcing accordingly.Conduct quarterly and annual re forecasts with manager.

• aintain accurate records of materials produced for Trade Shows, making recommendations for efficiency’s and ensuring that all design related material is produced on time and to budget.
• Maintain a book of freelance contacts including specialists across creative, design, production, operations, digital & social, trade & experiential, planning.

• xperience in putting together complex time lines in Excel, live tracking and communicating consequences of changes to a variety of relevant parties.
• The ability to put contingency planning in place and mitigate risk.Proactive, always looking to streamline production, make efficiency’s, avoid duplication.
• Not afraid to put a case together for better and more focused work flows. Run budgets with transparency, managing risks and escalating concerns.
• Able to balance the creative goals with the principle of efficient and well planned production.
• Client facing, articulate, able to reference service level agreements and business requirements.
• Experience of working with external Design and Creative agencies including procuring favourable rates and ensuring transparency of budgets and time lines.
• Be an excellent stakeholder manager with project management tools at your disposal.
• Be an excellent communicator, positive but realistic with the ability to judge the appropriate way to communicate problems according to the audience.
