We are looking for Head of Branded Fashion Retail who are enthusiastic to play a key role in helping Trendyol provide the best shopping experience to millions of customers! You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and an agile environment!
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles, general management and/or finance
- Experience of managing a large P&L, experience of negotiating and managing vendor relationships
- Experience directly managing people and their performance
- Must have proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects
- Experience creating and setting annual operating plan and presenting to Senior Management
- Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to effectively work with remote teams across continents and deliver results
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Establish / implement the onboarding & growth strategy for German and Global brands on trendyol.de
- While being data oriented, build out the selection strategy for Germany for German and Global brands. This includes the strategy for our assortment (depth and breadth), design strategy, product positioning, pricing, quality among other aspects
- Innovate for our customers; monitor trends to identify market demands for new product innovations. Anticipate customer expectations, changing customer perceptions and share insight with the leadership team
- Manage the P&L, driving continuous margin improvement through cost outs and operational improvements. Create budgets for annual volume and margin targets. Create sustainable process improvements which drives year over year progress in the business. Analyze product lines to ensure they are meeting or exceeding growth and profitability objectives. Double down on Hero categories and products
- Establish and maintain sourcing relationships, including but not limited to supplier selection, negotiating contract terms and evaluating vendor performance
- Manage and scale a top notch team with strong ownership, deep functional knowledge of the area and financials. Focus on talent management of the team which includes effectively recruiting and developing the best, and creating an environment which motivates people to thrive in their expertise and deliver results
- Work cross functionally with central company-wide teams in Technology and Operations to establish the right processes and optimize them to utilize resources most efficiently
