Growth Team is working for the long term and sustainable growth of Trendyol by reaching millions of people everyday through all possible channels and tactics. The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Growth team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers!

YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
    • At least 1-2 years of brand management experience in either FMCG, retail, e-commerce or fashion sector, preferably in an international setting
    • Previous experience in project management
    • Data-driven and result-oriented
    • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
    • Having strong communication skills and seeking pursuit of creativity
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
    • Ability to deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality
    • A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have high business contribution

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Planning & executing 360 degree communication align with brand marketing strategy (TV, Outdoor & Radio)
    • Proficient in TV, print, radio & OOH
    • Managing offline marketing budget efficiently & effectively
    • Monitors and analyzes trends, industries and markets
    • Being responsible for all visual materials on Trendyol app & website & consistently working on improvement of all visuals
    • Managing creative agencies, timelines and deliverables; finding new ways to bring the best creative resources to our business and constantly raising the creative bar
    • Meeting all internal and external visual & content needs of different teams such as HR, Marketplace
    • Managing daily operations of offline media planning, buying and reporting processes
    • Creating efficient, logical and strategic offline media communication plans (timeplan for implementation, budget, creative asset delivery coordination)
    • Presenting and analysing data media information, take-outs and recommendations for next steps as a post-campaign reports for designing offline media strategies both for annual and seasonal flow
    • Creating new OOH proposals and innovative approaches to be implemented with suitable outdoor opportunities in line with our company strategy
