Job Summary :

The Financial Analysts play a unique and integral role in driving business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results. As a Financial Analyst you are considered to be a trusted business advisor, working within the company’s business units and geographies, as well as in a number of specialized corporate functions.

In this role you’ll be responsible for the analysis of the Network’s agencies forecast, budget, actuals and business metrics and dynamics. You’ll interact directly with line management in the business units and geographies on the development of forecast / budget variance analysis, and provide ongoing business assessments and recommended solutions. Of course you’ll be are responsible for topics like internal and external financial reporting, analysis, various month-end closing duties, and participation in the annual budgeting process.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting or finance degree preferred.
• Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in a business, accounting or finance role.
• Licensure/certification/registration: CPA license or eligibility preferred.
• Additional skills required: Excel experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and research skills.
• Additional skills preferred: Experience with interim and annual financial reporting
• Fluency in English is a must
• Have good planning and organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in independent audit firms is preferable
