bout the Role:

e are looking for an İstanbul based Finance PMO who will be directly reporting to Region Turkey CFO. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

in Responsibilities:

• velop project operating plan according to the project scope, objectives and approach, define activities and timing, take responsibility for different streams highlighting milestones and deliverables
• Discuss project plans and updates with the project leader
• Cascade project plan for the different streams to stream leaders
• Coordinate the project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases
• Ensure the implementation of projects according to the project plan
• Take charge and full responsibility of specific Finance project assigned by the CFO
• Monitor Business processes and lead change management where necessary
• Make recommendation and implementation of the necessary improvement in financial processes
• Work with the CFO to prioritize projects and initiatives
• Handle the agenda and the management of the Finance Leadership meetings
• Partner in preparing the short and long term strategic roadmap of the Finance Department

W

o we are looking for:

• chelor’s Degree
• Preferably 4+ years of experience in finance/audit
• Advanced problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
• Project Management knowledge is an asset
• Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications
• SAP knowledge
• No travel restriction
