Analyze data (KPIs) such as volume points, recruitment development data for the region and each distributor to identify strongest and weakest performing areas and gaps and implement initiatives to promote growth.
Analyze and report promotion results. Propose new promotions to boost sales or improve sales quality.
Thorough understanding of all company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Manage department budget effectively.

- class B.<br>University education or degree level (ideally Business or Marketing) or solid commercial education.<br>At least 5 years previous field sales experience.<br>FMCG industry preferred.<br>Track record of growing business in a sales led environment.<br>Experience of marketing regulations and ethics will be an asset.<br>Organizing promoting corporate events
